@@ritasmith9553 Earlier in the video he found a picture of Elvis and he said "thats a picture of Elvis, at least I think thats Elvis. It was just another joke about age like your comment was. Your comment was funny and I was thinking the same.
His daughter needs to call an auctioneer company in liquidate the assets out of that she could get a pretty good bit of money by auctioning that property
The flag in the kitchen was the Canadian Red Ensign (1922-1957 version). The Red Ensign with the Shield from the Royal Arms of Canada was the unofficial national flag of Canada until 1965, when the current Maple Leaf Flag was adopted as the official flag. The Royal Union Flag (aka the British Union Jack) was Canada's official flag until 1965. The Canadian Red Ensign (1957-1965 version had red maple leafs on the shield). Both the Province of Ontario and the Province of Manitoba still fly the Red Ensign but with their respective shields on them.
That is so sad. All this stuff going to waste. I had no idea that so much stuff was just left when people could get use out of all this stuff that you find. SO glad you at least got to document all the stuff. Makes me want to start making clocks. Those tractor seats at the bar are really cool.
That thing in the chair is an accordion. The blue and white corning ware dishes are worth around 400 bucks. A few valuable radios. Interesting find. The "body" in the bed would've caused me to sh*t bricks and fall over dead.
Wow, someone obviously still owns this land/home. Absolutely mind-blowing that someone would let an asset like that just go to nothing. Amazing nobody has looted yet. If it was was down here in the US, chances are it would be trashed by now😢😮
You should check with the township to find the daughter and ask if she would consider selling before its too rundown and worthless It doesnt look like it's been abandonned for long
Probably a family whose DNA chain came to an end with the daughter. House likely fell into arrears on taxes, and possibly a mortgage. Early/mid 70’s decor with some 80’s flourishes. Remarkable find. Usually they are so torn up by vandals. That car would make for a fine used vehicle. Good luck on ever titling that place or vehicle again. I guess it is remote enough that the provincial government doesn’t care what becomes of it. Sad waste of resources and some collectibles
Bro. That elvis portrait is worth some cheddar. Fyi, you passed by a thomas kinkade painting as well ( another money maker) the brass barometer on the mantle in the billiard room is also a 50-100 dollar find. I do estate sales and there's sooo much money in some of these vids. What's the statute of limitations on abandoned houses and property there? Also check behind that elvis poster for an autograph ( often times people have authenticity paperwork and autographs and sometimes bills and deeds hidden inside the paper back of framed pics!
You can see there's upkeep here on this property so it's not completely abandoned and that's why the cops came because the current owner has made neighbors and police aware to the fact nobody is supposed to be there. There is no overgrowth and no trash and it looks as though someone trys to maintain most of inside and out.Very cool house though.
Look there a place ready to move into. Car fire wood, tools, everything you need to get started in life. Incredible. Why didn't the daughter sell the place? 😵💫😵💫🙄 SMH
@@StringerMedia Wishing to find a place like this. I would love it. A little bit of work to get it up and running again. And I like clockwork I have done a bit in my youth. It's satisfying work. Good job guys nice find. The portrait of the place is awesome exactly how I would love my place to be.
Very cool video! The flags just an old ontario flag and we had a bunch of those old glass insulators from hydro poles. Southern Ontario here! Really enjoying your Canadian trip. 😊 good explores.
The daughter gave up and left all behind? Man, I'd love a house in the middle of nowhere. I'm guessing she'll rethink and control the property because that's also land worth money.
It would be cool to see someone move in and take over where they left off. What would it be like for a family with two kids to do that and really take care of the place? I don't see any ceilings falling down. Now is the time. It's too awesome. And the ones who lived there and passed on will probably come back and thank them for taking care of their home. This one has really got me...Thanks, guys.
With belongings all still being there, I'd be making damn sure it's really forgotten about before trespassing and being caught by someone wanting to visit memory lane.......
That Lincoln Continental likely did not have too many miles on it when it was left abandoned. I can tell it was likely kept in that garage and was well cared for while it was still being driven, seeing that the headlights are still very clear and there appears to be no body damage (aside from the excessive post-abandonment dust and dirt).
What a gorgeous house I find it hard to believe with all the valuable things in the house I love it I would buy it and just move in I love the bar stools Actually I love the whole property I was wondering what the expiration date was on some of the food
Heyyyy awesome find "wow Everything still looks incredible after sooooooo many years ,,unreal Then that surprise of a shocker in the bedroom ,,,holy sht you guys lol But very cool find I enjoyed this video thank you First time I seen your videos 🤟🤟🤟👊 I check out your channel 💯 Thanks again for this cool explore
It's not legal whatsoever, but in this case it's good to film old memories that may be gone. Who knows if the daughter will authorize to have the house demolished with everything inside. Yeah, that's crazy, but who knows.
So much to salvage before demolition. Which I don’t think is necessary. If they want a bigger home, restore what’s already there and build additional space . Demolishing this house is a crime! 😮
Has anyone who owns this come forward? There has to be some trauma involved for this place to be completely left this way. They could have had an estate sale. Possibly it was foreclosed...
I remember another youtuber (forgot their name, comment if you know) visited this place a few years back and it had power on. Looks like power got shut off though. There was also a big TV in the living room which I didn't see. So someones def been doing stuff inside or something.
Maybe it was somebody of Dutch descent; on the bedside table is a box with two Dutch flags (red/white/blue) ... I know that many Dutch people emigrated to Canada & the US after WW-2.
Ha ha. I was stuck in the 90’s. Now my new step family has me stuck in a world of Walmart crap and clutter. Total junk. At least I gained a 1923 craftsman house.
Somebody set that stuff up like that. For future explorers. People have been there before you I guess. I’m older and I don’t know how many people have their table set up like that.
