Most of the furniture intact. Wallet and credit cards left in the home office. What the hell really happened? It’s like these people were ab-🦆-ted or something. Nothing to see here folks…

I am a contractor and was bidding some finish work on the home george c Scott owned in Malibu when he passed away. This is EXACTLY the condition what his house was in. Bikes and kids expensive toys laying broken all over, and paint thrown on the tennis courts, windows broken, etc. it was a total mess. I didn’t get the job but at least I have a cool story to tell about the “lifestyles of the rich and scandalous” 😝

It baffles me when I see videos of houses where everything is left behind. It's so weird because in most cases you get a heads up like get out in 30 days or in a emergency maybe 3 or 5 days. But it just don't make sense to me why leave all your furniture and care and paperwork.
