Loch Lomond is a beautiful freshwater Scottish loch located just 15 miles north west of Glasgow. It is approximately 22.6 miles long and between 0.6 - 5 miles wide, making it the largest lake in Great Britain by surface area and second largest by volume. It's depth varies from 30 metres at the southern parts to approximately 150metres in the north. It also has about 30 small islands dotted across which serve as a habitat for many birds.
Loch Lomond is a very popular tourist attraction, especially in the summer. It has multiple watersport points, the one featured in the video is near the village of Luss. Examples of water sports available include Kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, paddle boating, jet skiing and also guided loch trips. Most of these are at very affordable prices.
