Yeah it definitely not made for mountains lol. It’s made to drive through deep water and mud. But this whole lift is coming off in a week or two and we’re going with a long travel kit. Then we will definitely being getting up in the mountains!
I’ve had zero issues so far. If you’re ok with stock suspension travel and just need more ground clearance, I’m tellin you, you can’t beat it for the money. We’ll see how she holds up! Thanks for watching Richard!
Don't get caught going in or exiting the way you went in or you can get a ticket. At 5:30 in your video, the road in front of you to your left is the only road you can use at that end, or you can go out the end you are heading towards. That wooden post at that corner has a red sign on it letting you know the area you just drove through is off limits. The posts you went through to enter that area had the same red sign, but people tore it off. Just camped there this past weekend and verified one has the sign and the others were torn off again.
You were talking about a front bumper and winch go check out victory 4×4 blitz front bumper. You will be able to see exactly what it will look like because they installed on a red one.
Yes! I've seen that video. It looks super clean. I really like the way it looked. I think that will be the way I'll go. And it looked like the install only took 27 min! 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@dominictesoro69 I don’t think I’ve ever had a tick on my at this part of the forest. I have, however, have been COVERED with ticks in other areas of the forest..
@@dominictesoro69 Just camped out there two days ago (05/07/2024) and while tearing down and packing up, I knocked a deer tick off the underside of my tent. Then as I was putting some other gear away in a duffel bag, another tick crawled across that. He got a good flick with a finger, and exploded in a bloody mess all over my bag. Was enough to make you stop and say: "Daaaaauuuuummmmm!" Needless to say, yes, there are ticks out there. So be mindful of your dogs if you bring them.
Pretty much everything lol. Deer, coyote, black bear, turkey.. I’ve only seen bear a couple times. I see more deer and turkey than anything. But you definitely see bear tracks a lot..
Dude you’re a days late and a dollar short….I remember before “overlanding” Hopkins prairie was an awesome camping spot. The last time I was there there was an Audi A3 there blasting music all night long. THANKS TO ALL OF THE RU-vidRS BLOWING UP THE SPOT!
@@4wdAdventurz it was, but the intrinsic value of overlanding and wheelin’ is the adventure of exploring. When you get gps cords and video of the spot you have totally MISSED the fun of it. I camped there in the early 80’s. Before any of this existed.
