I like that you're trying to strum chords Nirvana-style without sounding any of the songs that they wrote.

Kurt wanted the Jag Stang to be an affordable guitar for fans of the band. The first ones were reasonably priced but unless there is a serious change in quality, such as pick ups, etc then I don’t see how the new ones can justify the increase. If as he says there is no difference to the original then that is a worry, as the tuning was always a problem on the original. Great looking guitar, absolutely not a favourite to play.

This is the most anti Kurt guitar ever, he was an advocate for cheap pawn shop guitars. EDIT: I want to specify that I'm talking about how they are turning his name into a product of their greed

Just get a broken strat clone and fix it yourself. It would be way closer to what Kurt actually used. He wouldn’t spend 1,200 on ANY guitar lol.

Kurt NEVER hated this guitar. He was still road testing this design on tour when he passed away. How would he hate something that he spent hours working on AND doing so with a big, corporate company? That doesn't make any sense! It's obvious he'd have made final improvements on this thing, on specs and on a proper "pawn-shop"-like price like he'd loved for his fans (remember that Mustangs and the like were really affordable in the mid-80s on 2nd hand shops) but since he's no longer with us, we get to buy the prototype if we want to!

These are such cool guitars. Please make a Squier version. That would be real Kurt Cobain Style. Or maybe you could reintroduce the Cobain Mustang as a Squier version

something i dont see enough people talk about with this demo is how great the riffs are. obviously they couldnt play any nirvana but all the riffs still carry that vibe. class work mate

I HAD an early 60’s Jag. It was a pain in the ass! Too many problems to list but it was all I could afford in high school. It was a beast. Never again.
