Interesting tunnel system I have been researching and exploring. This video contains clips from one of the 2018 visits. In it we discover a fallout shelter from Cold-War era America. Suiting up our country for a Nuclear war that never happened. Leaving these places of refuge forgotten to time. The Fallout shelters now containing various supplies, also appear to be repurposed for storage and use as a machine shop

AT 11:38 there is manuals for a do-all bandsaw , high quality machines. also a little bit later at 12:20 you guys are looking at 'electrical', there is blueprint filing cabinets rite there.. you should see whats in there. Its too bad you cant get any of this stuff out. there lots of money in machines and cabinets down there.

These looks like pretty standard maintenance tunnels. Fallout shelters are nothing special anyway. Typically just an area underground that will protect you from...fallout. Most schools and public buildings had them in the 50's and 60's. I also doubt these are fallout shelters because none of them are labeled with the fallout shelter placard. Also why use the text to a speech intro when later in the video we can heard both parties voices?

@@christopherwarnecke4858 they spent the majority of the time walking along fiber lines and plumbing. the area they claimed was a fallout shelter was nothing more than an electrical vault. Those weren't bunk beds, it was a shelf. Those are clearly mechanical/maintenance tunnels. Im an electrician who works in areas like that often. The amount of exit doors they walked by should make that clear. If there was indeed a fallout shelter down there, they didnt find it. First off, it wouldve been properly labeled. Secondly, the electrical panel for said fallout shelter, wouldve been inside the fallout shelter. If for some reason theres an event you need to use the shelter and still have power; your going to need to be able to reset the breakers from the safety of the shelter. If you leave the shelter you risk killing everyone, so the panel would not be in a hallway. Also the panel that said fallout shelter almost certainly couldnt be used for that case. For starters, its a lighting panel. A lighting panel down there is almost certainly 277/480v. Explains the HPS bulbs seen throughout the video. Notice how there's no transfer switch for generator power which every fallout shelter would have. No transformer or anything to drop it down to 120v. With 12 single pole circuits, and two 3pole circuits. Odds are one of those 3 poles powers the sub panel next to it. No fallout shelter in a building like that is going to need that many lighting circuits. All the pipes above the panel appear to be either 3/4 or 1" rigid. What that tells you is that the lighting isnt that far away in order to be upsizing the wires due to voltage drop. My guess is either they put the stickers on the panel, or it was code for a certain area of the tunnels. But nothing in the video was a fallout shelter.

It being a fallout shelter, how are survivors meant to get there besides the way you guys went? Are there multiple easy entry ways that you guys obviously would have had to bypass?
