Forgotten Vanderbilt Seaplane Hangar (Long Island) 

Entering the forgotten Vanderbilt Seaplane Hangar. In it I found the power was still on, the original carbon filament light bulbs on the ceiling still warmed up when they were turned on. There was a workshop, and a pilot lounge upstairs (inaccessible). At the back of there hanger there laid a mechanical winch system, to pull the plane out of the water and up the long ramp into the hanger. Very cool to see this place untouched through time. Only thing it was missing was a seaplane.
