On June 6, 2013 in Canada, a freight train traveling from Monreale to Nantes made a change of drivers, who, unknown to Tom Harding, left the station without first checking the air pressure supplied to the brakes. Getting the train to travel alone with no one in command to Quebec, Canada, Lac-Megantic, where the disaster struck.
