i'm not really sure .. but i believe with herald of thunder you are going to shock less enemies . applying shock to enemies is great deal with this build

I guess that because there is no point in increasing damage in cost of surviability (because this build uses MoM)

Diablo refugee here. I've been following this build on the self found ladder. I am level 64 at the moment and I'm in act 8. I've had no issues outside of bosses so far. Survival in the mine can be rough at times but hey. It might have to do with the fact that I don't have a single of unique items or any the gem combinations outside of Shield Charge + strong Arc. It might also be the fact that it's my first PoE character and I am not too keen on the itemization yet. Either way, I've had a blast playing through the acts. Let's see how far I can get self found :D I reckon the surviving the bosses in my 2nd ascendance will be aids...

Reading another similar build used mana leech instead of culling strikes. That would make a good leveling and low end gear substitute.

Personally I am not a fan of builds with two separate CwdT setups so I might try playing this build without it the Tempest Shield setup, but it does look really fun.

i love this build. been playing it for a while now and i am having a lot of fun... i am having a hard time at tier12 incursions (room bosses).. but i guess i only have a 5link inpulsas atm and i am still missing the 40% arc damage enchant... anyway.. i want to ask something: in some fights.... also elder guardian fights.. my mana is almost always completely drained and i have to run circles until i have a few % to take action again... why is that and how to avoid it ?

Got a noob question... Cuz u using shield charge and then u absolutely need to use a shield i guess, there is no better movement skills to use? Probably losing dps by droppind a wizz offhand. I actually try to make it will shield charge but just realize that i need a shield XD yes im noob but really like the game and want learn it.

Little confused about immortal call. I don't see a way in the build to generate endurance charges, so immortal call lasts for about 0.5 sec. Is this intended or am I missing something?

I have done the helmet build exactly as you describe (lvl 3 immortal call, lvl 1 cast when damage taken), but immortal call blocks when i equip Cast when Damage Taken, any advice as to why that happens? When I remove it it works, when I equip it doesn't...

Hi, I really appreciate this guide, so far but I've a BIG QUESTION ; you're playing Controled destrucion gem which reduce critical strike by 100% on arc and on the passive tree you take Elemental Overload which increase your elemental damages when you crit, I don't understand why, can someone explain me please ?

Huge Dps boost using controlled destruction, and you can still crit even thought it says -100%. Check what your crit % is before and after removing the gem.
