My favorite part is the end when they're just playing catch. It's been 16 years since I've played catch and sitting here at my desk, just thinking about it, makes me remember how much I enjoyed something so simple as playing catch.
I was incredulous too, at first, but she maneuvered around the Lexus which is only like 6" narrower than that Suburban, so she could've gotten around them if they didn't leave the door hanging open. She's just trying to get them to close that passenger side rear door so she can get around. She could've been more polite but they could've all loaded in from the other side, too. Just sayin'.

I live in LA and this is 100% true. Breg played it correct by not yelling at her. Dude, I'm telling you, it doesn't matter what the other person looks like or what car they're driving, they could have a gun. Just not worth it.

First off brother you have to believe it's possible. Now get to work and give it 100%. You have to eat, sleep and breath this lifestyle especially during your off season cause that's where you get better and stronger. Alex, don't forget your eyes, equally as important to work out your sight, see 100mph fastballs better than the rest. Ask your eye doctor, not your trainer what you can do to improve your eye sight.

Breg's Boys get Breg to roll out medial trigger point of the deep Piriformis. If that trigger point stays hot it puts his lumbar spine in flexion which makes his back over work. When he did the worlds greatest stretch you can see him go into lumbar flexion really quick which tells that his medial TP of Piriformis needs to be released
You pretty much have to be really big and or strong to go anywhere in baseball. It's a sport pretty much evolved all around being explosively strong out of nowhere. 0-60 type stuff.
