You are so correct. Being a Chelsea fan we expected the board to sign some fresh talents this transfer window but they couldn't live up to our expectations. Absolutely incompetent.
Not worried about Chelsea, they were the underdogs when the season started & they're underdogs now. Man utd & spurs will be under more pressure to get top 4 since they've spent again , this could blow up in their faces. Chelsea will have a bigger transfer budget in the summer & can pursue their main targets. If Chelsea somehow manage to get top 4 it will be called a masterstroke from Lampard & if they fail then they have an excuse that they didn't spend. Either way Chelsea will be fine
