After watching this interview carefully, immediately KSM ask him where do u get your money from? Right from that question, A PLUS started fumbling. Helping the needy, widow, blabla doesn't add up.

There is no need to introduce capitalist policy or privatization into the prison. There is no need to give money away when whatever your ideas are can be implemented without such a switch. The problem with many of you who do not explore better project management skills in implementing policies and programs
