For parliament to be more effective, Ghana needs more independent candidates/parliamentarians that can push for real change and also hold the executive/presidency to account.

If we can believe both NPP and NDC and vote for them to come to power regardless of their terrible mindset on corruption fight, then it is time to test the independent waters. The time is now! We are tired of all these big English speaking politicians.
I do agree with you about questioning his source of income but until parliament make it mandatory and access of information works so all can know the assets of aspirants pre and post elections, there will be no answer to your question. Try asking how the ‘borla’ minister acquired that “stolen” dollars and a whole political party jumped including the president defended her. So how can a “minor” politician like A-Plus be asked this question?
