Never. Such a court is located somewhere and influenced by interest of that place where its located. At this point such a court is in EU and its basically extended hand of political agenda of EU and USA. Simmilar to many european courts are directly the extension of EU structures and will never rule against EU in significant matter. And if you would move such court elsewhere, they will be either controlled by that other state/multination structire) (if you move it to China or Russia), or that state will become unstable, uprising and coups will happen and then it will be in dire need of some USA military assistence until their ruling is complicit. There is different question we should ask - why should we care about that? Palestinian state doesnt have any form of peace because they (after several lost wars they started) refused any deal with Izrael (and Izrael tried. And offered favorable deals). Palestinian state authonomy since their existence focused all their effort towards terrorism against Izrael. And not just high level politicians, it was widely supported by 'civilian' populace and its democratically voted direction they would take as a nation. No improvement to infrastructure, no dealing with imminent problems they had, no diplomatical relationship with Izrael, just beg for foreign humanitary aid to survive and direct all free resources to terrorism. It is very difficult for me to understand that the world allows something like this to happen in this day and age. Apart from the fact that Israel, of all people, is doing to the people of Gaza what they themselves have experienced and have sworn never to do again! It's interesting how the Western nations, of all people, governed when this started with Ukraine and how they govern in relation to Gaza, when what is happening in Gaza cannot be compared with what is happening in Ukraine. I find it very difficult to understand this and to remain calm.

You don't think that hundreds of thousand women and children haven't died. Where are all the people with all their outrage over the deaths of civilians in Ukraine? He gives you his Holy Spirit who will dwell within you and He promises you peace, joy, and eternal life with Him. Did you know that God already knows where you are going to spend but do you? eternity, which may provide you with a sense of security and comfort or room for dread? The only thing you can contribute to your salvation is your sin. So, if you’re reading this today what will it be, business as usual and live for the things of the world, or find the floor with your knees confess your sin, and live with the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords for eternity.

i grew up in a rural christian area in america and whenever i would bring up the topic or try to talk about it people would immediately be suspicious of me. it's like they didn't understand and were afraid, but i didn't understand and just wanted to understand. i didn't understand why they didn't care to understand just judge people for being like "hey why are there white people in the desert, and why cant they share the land with the natives??".

The yet more shocking thing is that there are many people in Britain and the USA who think that this is morally justified. At a charity event in London last November (a charity which exists to educate very poor children in Africa), Sir Malcolm Calquhoun replied when I mentioned the topic of Gaza (and these are his words) “that Israel has every right to do everything they are doing”. Imagine dying while giving birth, but not with the pain of childbirth and the lack of painkillers, but rather a missile explosion that makes you fly into the sky. This is what happened to one of the mothers in Gaza.
What's happening in Gaza speaks to a broader and fairly terrifying point. Human beings struggle with killing people directly, particularly when those people are not active threats. It's traumatising and dehumanising. The increasing mechanisation of war however, allows people to increasingly kill either indiscriminately or in a targeted fashion, without needing to actually fully comprehend what they are doing. Think about why the world wars were so destructive - most deaths, civillian and military, were by bombing and artillery, not men shooting / attacking eachother. What's happening in Gaza drives home to me how easy it is to kill with modern technology, without having to witness the direct consequence. It's a trend which indicates that modern war has not only a much much higher death toll generally, but a vastly higher non-combatant death toll. That's a genuinely terrifying concept in a world which is increasingly becoming less stable as the US hegemony is challenged.
