The fact that we have the same name and the same problems with being anxious really makes me feel great. I have anxiety as well so that doesn’t help any with being anxious all the time

Today I learned that Froot Loops do not have flavors. I used to think they had different flavors, but the second I heard Peyton say that he thought they had different flavors, I knew I was wrong.
The weirdest nap experience I’ve ever had was I fell asleep in my car waiting on a friend who I was giving a ride to and someone called the cops thinking I was just dead in the parking lot

The met gala is a night of a avant garde, haute couture, and high fashion… it is a night where fashion meets art, guest are formally invited by Ana Wintour and sometimes spouses are invited as a plus one if she likes you, otherwise tickets start at 30k and you’re not guaranteed a ticket either… all proceeds go to the museum which the gala is held in, to not only keep it open but to keep it free because art is just as important to the human mind as literature is, and should be experienced by every person on earth(that’s me paraphrasing what Ana said)

I was watching the podcast and got a call from a sibling that I don’t have the best relationship with but we’re trying and it’s uncomfortably awkward because I don’t really know how to talk to people. let alone talk to them, but I feel guilty cause we grew up together. I turned the podcast on and in 5 minutes or less, you guys had me in here laughing like ya’ll😭 This shit hits like crack in the 80’s and you definitely have a new fan, subscriber, and hopefully live show guest🤞🏾but them tickets is GOING and fast! First, i wanted to say that you both are dope. Peyton, you're anxiety is extremely high. You were on the brink of a panic attack if not in the middle of one. I have literally experienced every symptom you are. The sweating, hands going numb, feeling like you're going to pass out, having to take your shoes off, heart racing, stomach turning, etc. It got so bad for me that I couldn't drive or go to the store. It was hard for me to watch that happen to you at the end of the podcast. I just wanted to let you know that in those moments even though it literally feels like you're going to die you are a totally healthy individual, and there is nothing medically wrong with you. Also, hating yourself for it will make it worse. Anxiety is a thought cycle that you have to break to overcome it. There are a lot of things you can do to help. I ended up taking medication, and it changed my life. I went from panic attacks every day to none and very little anxiety. I commend you for using your humor to try to push through it. Also, if you ever need advice on how to deal with it, you know your fans got your back. I would also recommend talking to a professional to help you ditch the anxiety. You don't have to live with bad anxiety there are ways out. Love you guys! Hope this helped. ❤️

High five for the asthmatics that had the school nurse on lock with the nebulizer. I think its super interesting you would use the freezer, the cold always makes/made my asthma way worse for me . I was cracking up.
There were so many bangers from this episode. Also, the red m&m thing is a clause that some rockstars use (like Van Halen) to ensure that their contract was fully followed. The contract contained important information about safety requirements for their equipment and requests from the band and crew, along with the "no red m&m's" clause to ensure that the whole contract was read through and followed. If the band saw red m&m's, they would know that the promoter didn't read the contract and that something more important might go wrong, so they would cancel at the full expense of the promoter.
The fear of having someone in your car is pretty common. But I actually had a dude open my door and sit my my passenger seat as I was waiting on my gf to get off work. This was back when i drove a Hyundai Veloster. Keep in mind I carry a gun wherever I go. This dude sits down. Shuts the door. Looks at me as I'm upholstering said firearm then screamed like a woman as he verbally said "Oh shit!" struggling to open the door. Turns out he got in the wrong car. I look over and there's an identical Hyundai Veloster next to me. Same color and year. Bro almost met Jesus. And for those thinking I overreacted I was in a neighborhood where a drive by happened literally a few months prior and 4 people were unalived. Not a good neighborhood.
