I have a cube system in our master closet. And , it’s so helpful. Our closet has half the build ins it should have more. But , it worked out.

i have NEVER been able to handle liquid medicine. as a child all the way up till now, i will throw it up and throw it up and then continue throwing up for hours after usually. ask the doctor for the chewable version instead. i started taking the pill version of things in first or second grade cause i couldn’t handle either chewable or liquid anymore. so that’s always a possibility too. hopefully chewables will work better for her. but just know you aren’t alone and neither is she.

Have you tried giving her medicine in stuff without her knowing it’s in the food? We also took the medicine and got bread after to soak up the medicine

I have the same issue and I am 47 years old. I’ve had it my whole life it’s some thing that my stomach can’t tolerate the medicine so I can take it through an IV or a shot but orally I immediately throw it up so if I need antibiotics I have to get shots.

I know a couple people said this, but switch her to pills. Set it in a spoon of apple sauce, pudding, ect. Also antibiotics can be rough in general on the stomach so make sure they have full bellies before taking it. I hate antibiotics because of how i get belly sick from them. Youre definitely not alone in this situation.

If you can manage get her some yogurt drinks or small yogurts to eat before the antibiotics Helps to coat the stomach especially if they haven’t been able to keep much down

Yes, yes, yes! My daughter has sensory awareness, more so on certain things. Bur, especially liquid antibiotics, because they never stayed down. So, we got her on a pill form quickly. She was sick a lot when she was young so the pills worked great because she could wash them down with anything. Hope this helps and she feels better

With Hazel it sounds like it might be that she's allergic to whatever she is getting for her antibiotics, she might be allergic to sulfate or amoxicillin is very common in kids being allergic to.

Squirt meds on spoon, cover completely in whip cream, spoon to hazel. Repeat in small doses until full dose is taken

Asked if they have chewable meds for her, I had a kid that did the same as her.

I get really nauseous from antibiotics also but why are they prescribing her antibiotics so often? I have only had antibiotics when I had surgery etc I didn’t realize they give them for sicknesses other than strep.

I threw up amoxicillin every time I had it... come to find out I was allergic to Penicillin !!! 😢
