There are 928 units but as explained in video, 4 BHKs are made by combining two 2BHKs including duplex. So, actually there are around 650 flats only in around 6 acres.
@@whitehatrealtyYou are right only information is not updated with you. It is a project with total area of 5.9 acres and total of 720-750 flats only. Initially when it started they don’t have plan of duplex. So once duplex come into picture, no of units decreased to almost 750 max( still tentative) , as one Tower A is still not launched, no of flats may further decrease, but it is sure no of flats is not more than 750. 🙏🏻
The project has outstanding land dues with the Greater Noida Authority, which may hinder the registration of your unit. Additionally, due to the construction quality and the size of the project, maintenance is likely to be an ever going issue.
Hi Ravikant, the only drawback of the unit is that only the master bedroom has direct access to a washroom; the other two bedrooms share a common bathroom. Everything else seems fine.
