This is so surprising i have been watching your videos for quite some time but I didnt know your Industrial engineer too 😊. I will keep on watching your videos.
Awww! Yes I am, it doesn’t really show but haha I do apply some of the skills I learned in IE when creating videos - I like to make sure the work is optimized and effective 😋 thank you for you support 🥰
Hmm if you’ve initially come to Canada as an international student, you’re only allowed to work part-time. To qualify for EE tho, you need to have at least worked 1-year full time. So if that’s the case, you won’t be able to create a profile until after you graduate and you work FT during your PGWP Term. ☺️❤️
Hi Ms. Rachel, thanks for this video! What if I have 9 years work experience in the middle east, didn’t study in Canada and no canadian work experience yet? Which way can I apply for express entry? Thank you
Hi Ms. Rachel. Thank you for the information. It's a very big help for us na dreaming din to live and work in Canda. I have a question regarding proof of funds, is it possible to have an sponsor for the proof of funds? Example, from an Aunt and Uncle who's living na in Canada and a Canadian Citizens na. Thank you! More power! ❤

Hi Rachel, thank you for a very informative video 😊 question please, since only the last 3 years of work history matters, is it still necessary to get COE from all your previous employers even those from say 5 years ago?
Employment pay stub means payslip? Is it really required to submit even if your work is outside Canada? Also, is employment reference letter the same with certificate of employment? I hope you can answer these questions. Thank you.
pag po ba na approved ang profile namin sa PNP under express entry pwede napo ba kami mag apply nang work sa province na kumukup kop samin. magkaka open work permit napo ba kami ni spouse.
Hi rachel, thank you for these videos ❤ btw I have a question, I was also a graduate of 5 yr engineering degree and had my credentials asssed, but my result is diploma 3 yrs [Secondary school diploma and diploma (three years)] now im confused .
Helpful video thank you. This is maybe a dumb question but do I need to have signed an employment contract before I could apply for Express Entry as FSW or is there any possibility to get approved and just search for work when you get there?
Never a dumb question here! And I appreciate this 🥰 If you can prove your work experience from your home country is a skilled job, that you’ve worked for at least 1 year continuously - then you may be eligible to qualify for FSW under Express Entry. Proof can be your appointment letter, job posting, pay stubs, tax forms and references letters. However, please be aware that IRCC hasn’t been inviting FSW applicants lately due to the COVID. So it may take awhile and it may be competitive later on. You can create an EE profile if you meet the eligibility, but it doesn’t guarantee an invitation for PR.
Hi, I’m your fans from Thailand. Many thanks for your information. Do you have any vdo regrading the EAC process. It would be appreciate if you can inform thus information.
Maam rachel ask lng po ako na tapos ko po ang 3 year academic requirements for Marine transportation wala po akong bachelor's degree kasi hndi ako naka onboard sa barko ng 1year. Eligible parin po pa mag apply sa express entry?
Hi dear! As long as you meet the min requirements for express entry (1 year skilled work experience and IELTS exam) you may be eligible to apply for EE. Actually it’s free to create and EE profile too! But getting invited is another thing that will depend on your CRS Score. 😊
Given its 5-year validity, you can process one before coming to Canada or even during your stay here. Just make sure it’s still valid when you apply for Express Entry 😊👍 I went to ICES for my ECA since it’s conveniently located in the school I attended. I got a 4-year bachelor’s degree (Canadian equivalent) for my 5-year bachelor’s from PH ❤️😊
@@rrdancel Thank you! I'm an intl student graduating this April. I'm still not that familiar with the pathways, but I'm learning because of your videos! Stay safe
I’m happy to know that you’re already here. Focus on applying for the PGWP and position yourself in a skilled job asap 😜👍 perhaps you can apply for an ECA near the end of your program, it’s just good to have prepared as if takes 14-16 weeks to process 😅
Yung eca.. na bachelors degree is depende sa school sa pinas kung probinsya ka at di recognize ung di equivalent yun nung diploma course lang dyan? Or nag k-12 kaba kaya bachelors degree parin equivalent sayo?
i didn't go through k-12. So the organization that will review your transcript will ultimately determine the equivalency of your education in PH to the education here in Canada. :)
Hi Ms. Rachel, I was planning to study in quebec however, once I got my pgwp, my plan was to work in other part of canada like, BC, ontario, etc. as I'd like to apply to fsw, express entry. Am I still eligible to PR thru fsw or express entry even if I graduated in quebec? Thanks!
Hi Rachel. Our plan is my wife with Bachelor's degree will apply for a student visa. Me on the other hand with Master's Degree will work under OWP. I calculated the CRS score for each one of us by the time we are already eligible for PR. My wife's score is 456 and I score 488. Should I be the one to create a profile? Or we could both create a profile separately? If my score exceeds the cut off score, will both of us receive an ITA?
Hey Rachel, Me and My wife are applying for express entry from Australia. My wife is a main applicant . And we have already input every detail in in express entry form. And we have selected 'No' to ECA. But we read so many articles and even been in touch with immigration agent. We are been told that you need to have a ECA verification before applying express entry otherwise your file will be rejected sooner. So we are too much confuse after what you have told in your video and what information we are getting from other sources I mentioned. Can you please guide us ?. Really need you guidance asap.. Thanks
Hello. I really love your videos as they are very helpful. Can you please enlighten me with my ECA query. If WES only gave me 2 years equivalency for my Bachelors degree in the Philippines then I did 1 year grad certificate in Canada, how many points will I get if I apply for EE? Will it be 19 or 21? Thank you so much and more power to your channel.
Hi B Bersamin, Thank you for your question. As to the specifics of your points, please take a look at the CRS Score Calculator tool and see what it says for your score. If you are still unsure, please consult with and immigration lawyer to see what your actual score is. Hope that helps. 😊
Hi you can find the most recent round of invitations here: www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/submit-profile/rounds-invitations.html
Hi Rachel, if I have 3 prior foreign job experience, say 1.5yrs, 1yr and 1.5yrs, respectively... will it be considered as total 4yrs foreign work experience? Thanks
So for PR, it is required to take an IELTS/English Proficiency Exam. Take note, IELTS has two different types of exams. if you’re planning to study in Canada-some schools do waive the ACADEMIC IELTS exam for program entry. But for PR, you need to take the GENERAL IELTS Test to qualify for Express Entry.
Hey I wanted to know if you apply in CEC could you create your express entry profile near completion of one year?? Or you can only create a profile once you have completed 1 year?
Hi Nhel, yes I was an international student in Canada. The main advantage of Express Entry for ppl that studied and worked in Canada is that it boosts your CRS Score, making your odds to get an ITA much higher. That’s because you’ll qualify for more programs under EE. Like in my case, I qualified for CEC and FSW. (But of course, that’s just one factor) Either way, creating an EE profile is done ONLINE and is FREE as long as you meet the min requirements found in the IRCC Website.
Hi! I got confused sa job offer. Can you explain it further? Do we need to have a job offer from a Canadian employer to be qualified for EE? Thank you! :)
@@rrdancel so just wondering. When creating an express entry profile it asks if I have a job offer I have to say no? I have been working for a year now on an open PGWP. I am not sure what LMIA is. I didn't know about it until now. In this case what to do?
Hi dear, it really depends on what stage you’re at, express entry has two parts: 1. Getting an invitation to apply for PR 2. And then actually submitting a PR Application The first one is most challenging since it depends on IRCC’s cut-off score and needs within a period. However once you past that stage, it approximately takes 6-12 months to process a PR Application from the day you submit it. In my case, PR Approval took 8 months to get from Day 1 of PR App submission. But it took me quite awhile to get my invitation 😅
Hi July, I was born that month lol. You don’t need to learn French but if you can, it will help in your chances for PR since second language increases your CRS points 😊👍
