Express Haul // December 2022 

Loved the green sweater and the black pants. I truly believe that no one can have enough black in their closet. My sister always helps me clean out my closet and she will say ..."Fran, how many black tops do you need?" 🙄 She's right and I do downsize the black items when cleaning out my clothes. It's hard to purchase any black items when shopping with her....if I do she makes me promise to get rid of a black top when I get home. This has now become an ongoing joke with us. 🤣🤣🤣 I adored the gray, yellow, and cream sweater you were wearing. It was very flattering on you. Have a great week!!!

I think express has great quality and fit. I now am switching my closet to only pieces that feel great on the sk8n, and express has this feature in its sweaters and pants and cotton tops too, thankyou for showing options. They all looked good on you, specially the shorter green sweater looked really nice!

As funny as I am about all kinds of things, I LOVE asymmetric hems! It was hard to tell from the try-on because you seemed so uncomfortable. So it's probably best to send it back. Cute style if the slit hit differently like more over the thigh, instead of over the rear. I'm with you on black pants...especially with boots....try some you already own!

I loved everything, as usual. However...the first sweater I feel would be so much better without the slit. I loved the drop shoulder, though. And I'm with you on the booties, comfort before cuteness! Hi Kayla.. hope you had a Merry Christmas. I thought the first sweater was too big. I loved the second one. I have not been able to wear heels for years ( all those years of standing doing hair) . Those were nice boots but not worth hurting feet. I think you have other booties that would look good with the black dress pants..can not have too many when you work. I am ready for summer after having zero temp on Christmas Eve 😂

Some cute stuff! One thing I’ve noticed is that retailers take only the most flattering angle of the garment, I bet if the model photo was straight on it wouldn’t look as flattering on her either.

Love the asymmetric cream sweater! I can't stand necks that high! ! Love the green colour cropped one! I'm allergic to wool🙄! I wish I could wear heels but I can't 😢. After a hip replacement I can't walk in heels!

Life is too short for uncomfortable shoes 😂 You should check out Gap Factory - I recently got some really lovely sweaters there - super soft (washable) and gorgeous colors: burgundy, deep purple and Malibu blue - $18 - $24 each. I may go back for the pink one too 😊

Hi Kayla! I never think to shop Express. I loved everything about the first sweater except the asymmetrical design. It didn't make you look wide, it just looked like it wasn't on right. It's one of those sweaters I'd be constantly adjusting lol. Love the green sweater! Could you try a large? It looks pretty big, but I understand how you wouldn't want it any shorter. I hate when the back doesn't match the front, but this sweater has the ribbing which is enough match for me. Cute booties, but comfort is first! Painful shoes are the worst!! The pants are an odd length and a bit odd in the crotch area...watch the footage. I agree with you...shop Express with a sale. $50 is reasonable for the sweater...$100 is crazy!

Been a hot minute since I shopped at Express, too here. But loved seeing all you got. Love the faux leather booties. Last year, I got suede black booties from Express and love them. They were actually comfortable and was so surprised how comfortable they were. So, I understand though why you are returning them for not being comfortable. Hugs and tfs ❤

I think… maybe sizing down on the turtle neck sweater would look better on you. Everything else looked great on you especially the green (turtle) sweater.
