Excellent video ! I see why your container trains are not stacked, not enough space between the container and the over pass. The first few trains seemed to run very quickly and then slowed down some. I was surprised to see that house do close to the tracks, I would guess they would get used to the sounds of the trains running so much. You do an excellent job on narrating and with editing between trains. You are a very down to earth young man, keep up your wonderful works. I enjoyed every moment of your video, thank you. Thank you very much We are running trains on routes that were laid out in the 1800's.. lots of bridges which just will not allow double stacking. We are quite old fashioned and quaint in many ways.We have many new loco's on freight pulling around 30 wagons whereas America i've counted 4 loco's hauling 259 wagons. we are upgrading our passenger trains but there are many people dissatisfied with these bacause they are more uncomfortable to sit on/in than the ones being scrapped.
Not a bad little spell there Keith, at least the rain wasn't too bad. The overgrown platform end would spoil it for photos for me, but guess the footbridge and crossings would be alternatives.
yup. I know where you are coming from. I'm the opposite, I film it as it is and where i am. just dont bother me and at my age and ability i cant pick n choose , but I never have done.

I really miss the trainspotting times & places of my youth; Bedford, Sandy, Bletchley & London, so I am an avid consumer of your work, from afar. Quick question. The track layout at Water Orton seems to be three tracks with the center one bi-directional. That's uncommon in the UK isn't it?
excellent shots👍 sadly we don't get container freight in Kent there was class 37's running through tonbridge last Saturday but because of this horrible virus it ruined it going to see them 😡

Very difficult to answer. on average its around 4/5 an hour but can be none !! then it could b three in 15 minutes. yesterday i had 3 in 12 minutes then 1hr15mins nothing.. then 2 in 8 minutes..
Dear Keith. I have been watching your work for some time and appreciate the collection you have built up over the years all of which I am sure will be recognised as a historical record of the time. Always a pleasure to listen to you as well. Just one question if I may........ I always enjoy the music you add to the still shots at the end..... are the music tracks supplied with your editing programme or where do you source them from? Thanks for being there, R😊B.
thank you.. the music comes with my editing programme. There are so many tracks that when asked I can never rember the name.. I may a yearly fee for the programme.
Another top video. I had a couple of trips out recently on the 13 June spent a few enjoyable hours sat on the wall in the car park at Water Orton Station, and Saturday 20 June spent hours at the Nortoft Lane areas both at the Tesco DIRFT end and a bit further down the lane where the Avanti stuff goes through (pendos and voyagers) and it was all down to watching your videos.
