This is the 'ExpressTram' at the Detroit Metro Wayne County Airport, in the McNamara Terminal which is the world's second-longest airport concourse, and originally served at the Northwest Airlines terminal. This train is actually a product of Otis Elevator Company and a joint venture with Poma.

Went to Detroit for the first time this past weekend… had RU-vidd videos of the airport and saw the tram… thought it was a nice luxury until I arrived with my super heavy bag and was all the way on the other end from my gate 69! I hoped my happy a*s right on that tram to my gate and immediately saw its purpose!

It certainly does help, the one deficiency of the airport is the other terminal and going between them. The Acid tunnel is the only way, they always have weird stuff playing in there.
