This was EXACTLY what I needed! Thank you for posting this. I def liked the video to hopefully get it into the RU-vid algorithm so others might find it. In the meantime, I've filed my petition, and have fingers crossed it gets accepted! If it does, this will have saved me $1500 in fees that local attorneys charge.

FYI on finding or figuring out the 6 digit Seq# you need to access system to Access Your Case and File Your Expungement Its the 6 digits in Your Case # after your date of indictment So its as Follows your Case # is 8 Digits Long the First 2 Digits is the Year Case started or you where Indicted My Year was 99 the 6 Digits after that date was and is my Seq# and whatever 6 Digits are after Your Frist 2 in Your Case Number# Are Input Those 6 Digits where it says seq# It will Then Pull Up All Your Case Info and begin the Expungement Filing Info You Need To Send Your Filing In Through NJ e Court System Blessings of The LORD Be With You All And May Liberty & Freedom Be Yours As You Get Your Clean Slate Fresh Start 🙏🙌👆

So dose the inflation at the end was it mailed to you or did they send it in ur email. And did u haven’t go to court. ? I’m hoping I did everything correctly on it. Thanks. Some of those agencies like to drag their feet. Once the judge grants the motion, its just a waiting game unless you have warrants or other pending issues

hey just filed but not sure if I did it right . I added the specific case through the search . it kept having the "add document" part but what documents was I suppose to have ? should I withdraw and add anything ? had no additional documents that I know of that I should add?

I filed mine back in may of 2021 and they just got to it today and objected for a juvenile arrest. Now I don’t know how to add it. She said amended a petition but I have no clue how to.

Has it been over 5 yrs since your case? Usually juvenile records are sealed so ill suggest going in to speak to someone at municipality that it occurred in.

Follow the steps online, it might be better. Ive assisted with people in hudson and essex, the two busiest counties in terms of court cases with no issues. Also remember persistency is key, it will change your life, so put your all into it to get it straight

I figured it out but now I have to put two charges back thru that can’t be on the first petition. Smh. Mine just got granted today after 10 months. It’s clean slate tho. Idk if that makes a difference.

I watched your video and you mentioned that robbery is like 50/50 you. 40 years ago I committed a robbery. I served 6 years in prison. No one got hurt in the process. This happened in 1984 I got released in 1991. 40 years ago. I've been clean since. I got married and changed my life. I would like to apply for a better paying jobs but I believe that this will get in my way. I would like your help to see how can I expunge that old record, if is possible. Thank you your time. I just listened to your video and I watched you and I’m really hoping that what you’re saying is true I made a mistake about four years ago and it’s been haunting me sense and I can’t figure out how to get in a better place I don’t know even what was all reported but I got locked up three or four times for failure to appear because of it I need help I don’t know where to start and I don’t know how to figure it out but in the meantime I’m trying to buy a house I’m trying to better myself and this is in my way 100% I need your help please

Im not a lawyer so i cant give legal advice but I recommend you Just follow the process(long video but will change your life), this video shows a real example with dates. We all make mistakes, they dont have to follow us throughout out lives tho

Hey man, thankfully i got the final order that my record was expunged back in February of '23. But now 2 months later it's still showing up on background checks. I did some more research and it seems I have to mail out the final order to all those departments listed. Did you have to do that or know anything about this? Any help is much appreciated 🙏

No you once it’s expungement it shouldn’t be showing up and since it’s expunged those entities can’t use it against you
