Gloria has inhuman strength and speed Being able to drag the piano in and out, play at such a lively speed *and* appear and vanish just to call Bede's name Gloria cannot be stopped.
I love the idea of all five of them being a group of friends by the end of the game. Marnie is the calm supportive one, Victor and Hop have collectively one brain cell to share between each other, Gloria joins in on their fun because she is chaos incarnate and Bede is just done with their antics.
Bede claims that Chairman Rose took him in because he saw Bede’s potential, but I think it was because he heard how good Bede’s theme was since he clearly sucks at pokemon battling

Hop and Victor were being silly, but its not too bad. Marnie was just improvising at the end, in a fairly simple way. any musician could. But Gloria? She had this planned out. She came up with an entire melody, just to annoy Bede.
I like to imagine that this is how the characters would actually act if they could hear the themes. Like I’m just envisioning Neo Team Plasma gettin pumped for whatever terrorist shit they’re abouta do by listening to their own theme or Galarian Gym Leaders and challengers intentionally dragging out their battles so they can rave lmao.
I just love how the whole time bede's face is just like "god.... FUCKING dammit not this shit again." meanwhile im sitting here loving how much energy the other 2 guys and gloria has as well as marnie's epic fake out leave into guitar. just... i can't stop watching.

Hmmm. I’d think Hop would be a fan of burgers or hot dogs considering there’s a grill outside of his house. As for Gloria and Victor, I’m not sure, since they are more of a “player avatar” type character, I feel like they’d like anything. And for Marnie.... Hmmm. Maybe street tacos?
Honestly, I think Victor would be more of a Hotdog and Burger kind of guy. Gloria feels more interested in mac & cheese to me. Marnie gives me the idea of, surprisingly, sweets. Bede is clearly filet mignon and lobster (only the finest for him, after all) Hop, though...? I only have one answer: Malasadas!
I hold firmly fast in my belief that Bede is actually secretly playing one of the instruments in the song but because he's so close to the screen its hidden, and since he's such a grumpus the others joined in in order to try to cheer him up
I love how I’ve watched this so many times over the course of literally two days that I know exactly when all the movement and action happens without even looking at the screen.

I absolutely love how it looks like bede is actively trying to walk away despite Victor Hop Gloria and Marine being the ones moving it's a weird optical illusion and I love it

First of all: tacos Second: That fun-fact about him actually being from Unova makes more sense of why I like this rival so much. He is one of the most underrated rivals of this generation for me, and this song proves it. Also little side note: "Hippity hoppity, your specialty is now my property" is an amazing line
I really love the idea of all the kiddos having European dialects and then here come Bede speaking harshly with an American dialect, slipping into a full Bostonian when he gets extra angry.
