@@blackrottweiler8885 Hendo was so key in winning UCL and EPL, he's moral was always high and he stood up when it was needed, I'll admit he had a rough season last season but so did literally everyone but Allison. Hendo is a Liverpool legend.

NUNEZ NUNEZ, if anyone is wondering why Nunez lifted his leg to meet the ball but changed to heading it, please watch from 7:51 at a playback speed of 0.25. You will see that Martinez had a touch on the ball which changed the trajectory of the ball, making Nunez switch to heading, though it was not easy. It may look funny, but it was the right decision.

He has now assisted or scored or both in ten straight matches. The last person to do it? Mo Salah, where he did it for 15 straight matches. And people say he is finished. 😅

His finishing still needs work but his raw ability is frightening. The thing I love about him is his movement which is honestly ELITE, he might have the odd meme moment but I would argue the movement he has is his biggest skill and imo is the hardest skill to teach by far. His touch and finishing can improve but sensing when and where to run and when and where to be is something you either have or you don’t and boy does he have it I never understood how it’s not talked about more , pundits talk about his pace and power and which is only half the threat

His run had improved.......you should also realised that that he tried to run alongside Mo.....because he knew Mo will be looking to pass to him.....and yet stay onside....last season...he got into offside position a couple of times but his missed goals just got highlighted more.... Defenders are still looking out for Mo....and they still think he would be trying to score.....all of Mo's goals so far were after Liverpool scored a comfortable one or two goals...I said it before....Mo will assist more....he changed his game play to be more of a playmaker.......his assist stats in Liverpool is the highest for a reason.....people are just stuck on Mo being a pace merchant....whereas his assists stats are no joke at all... His top 3 idols had always been totti, zizou and r9...inculde Stevie G if it was top 5....❤❤❤ And he adored Totti for his assist philosophy........assist first and score later.....

Villa are a great team who were thrashing opponents before they came to Anfield. We just were too good beyond expectation tbh. Even McGinn admitted after the match that Liverpool are up for a big season ahead. Lets hope that we keep our most important players fit and keep on this momentum
