Great talk, just great. But I always thought that tendons heal to some extent, but whether they fully return to their pre-injury state depends on the severity and nature of the injury. In some cases, particularly with chronic tendinopathy or larger injuries, the "hole" (damaged part) may not completely heal back to its original, healthy tendon tissue. Instead, the body often creates scar tissue, which is not as strong or flexible as normal tendon tissue. This leads to the "donut and hole" analogy-where some degeneration remains but the surrounding healthy tissue can be strengthened to compensate. Any clarification on this would be helpful. Also, would you still get tendon repair with a basic whey protein compared to collage protein solution?
