This video is to give you an idea on how I built the extension table for my Dewalt DWE7491RS. This is not a step by step tutorial because I failed to record while I'm building it, but you'll get the idea. Thanks for watching!
I should have left a comment 2 years ago when I built these. Thank you so much for sharing. I took my time to build these table extensions and an outfeed table. It’s like I have a cabinet saw now. Thank you so much. Great work!👍🏻⭐️👏🏼
I built mine this week. It is slightly modified as I add rivet nuts to the saw frame to stabilize the wing extensions. But the primarily idea is all yours. Thank you!
Amazing...I have been searching for a good way to make extentions for about a month now. I have the same saw. I want to thank you for sharing your video. The extentions are perfect. Very well done design and video. Thank you again.!!!
I am MOST DEFINITELY BUILDING THIS !!! I love this idea !!!! It’s beautiful and sturdy and EASILY removable to put away. Thank you so very much. I also went to your measurements link for the table. Thank you again for your time to show us your idea.
Wow!!! This is awesome! I have limited space. That’s why I bought this table saw. This solves a lot of problems! Thank you so much for the great idea! You are a rock star sir!!!
Should sell a complete build along video with plans! People would buy it, there’s millions of these saw being used. For me and another commenter said it(when I have more room I’m building it)!! Cheers
I am very munch interested in this extension cable. I am willing to buy one from you, if you are making them. Please advise. How can i get hold of you. dave
I just picked and chose a color sample at the Lowes paint department and compare it to the Table saw display. Once I got it matched, they mixed it for me.
Please tell us more about the paint. Very interested in the color. I've tried a couple of times to match Dewalt grey and yellow but failed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
@@davidstrand5589 it's been a long while and i cannot remember the brand of paint I used. But I picked it from Lowes paint department; i picked the sample paint brought it to the Dewalt tool display, and match it.
No, I did not make any plans, i just measure and cut the necessary parts as I progressed. It's easy though, But it definitely works! I've tried cutting half sheet of plywood on it with not problem.
Spratlyk9 if you could just let us know the exact measurements that would really help? I have the same table saw and I don’t and want to have a bigger and too expensive saw like saw stop as a hobby saw?
