Guys it's called a speedrun, you can change the settings to anything you want if you are gonna complete a run. However it would be a different category, probably something like "Nord extermination - Highest difficulty", which would take a lot longer. This would be more of a "Nord extermination - any%", which would involve playing on the easily settings and using the most abusable tactics (and glitches, but it looks like M&B: WB doesn't have any exploitable glitches). The only thing speedruns condone is the use of cheats or dev consoles, however for a select few games there are side categories that allow the use of cheats/dev consoles.
