Very informative vedio sir, As we know the angle can we project it in autocad and know weather the object is protected without calculations?

Thanks. Yes, it is infact very simple with autocad, however, many don't have ready access with them so manual calculations become helpful in that case.

Sir how can we calculation of hight of mast if not given
@railwayengineeringinsights6463
@railwayengineeringinsights6463 9 месяцев назад
Typically, we assume some value and try. If results don't satisfy then increase accordingly. During first iteration you shall select 1m higher than the highest point on that level. For example if you have HVAC outdoor equipment of height 2m then choose 3m. If value doesn't satisfy then try to place the rods on parapet or concrete block to raise the height rather than just increase copper to be economical.

Calculations can be reduced if we take refernce level at top of EI AND E2

Thanks. Yes it's true. Here I tried to present a generalised case.

Sir, regarding perpendicular we know about it, you have to find base not perpendicular

You messed up the calculation 😕
@railwayengineeringinsights6463

Kindly check the reference angle you might have taken while doing your calculations. Base and perpendicular are not dependent on what the figure looks like but on the reference angle considered.

You have taken perpendicular at wrong side
@sahilbhagat4356
@sahilbhagat4356 5 месяцев назад
It depends on reference angle which you have considered. In this 54 deg is considered so we can consider BC as perpendicular and AB as base. If your angle is /_ACB then AB is perpendicular and BC base.

@@sahilbhagat4356 yes 😐 my reference angle was at other side 😅

You were suppose to find base not perpendicular 😅
