I don't see enough of Peter Klein in between annual Mises University lectures. This guy is a great speaker and teacher!

You can clearly solve the 'drone over my house' property rights problem. Instead of owning 'land' & some amount space above/below it determined by the government, the ownership should be framed as space. You own X amount cubic meters of space. Like how you can buy a room in an apartment. You don't own the building or the rooms below or above you. You own the space of that room. The parameters of which are determined between private individuals contractually, like all other property. Ownership that can't be protected, by private or public means, such as space thousands of miles up just simply wouldn't be protected by the government.

That Coase Theorem is ridiculous. Meddle meddle, tinker tinker, tweak tweak. Coase lacks a rigorous theory of property rights.
