Keep the control stick all the way back during landing rollout to keep the tailwheel firmly planted on the ground which will prevent the aircraft from bouncing back and forth from the main wheels and the tailwheel like it did during your landing in this video. Keeping the control stick all the way back will also help keep the aircraft rolling straight as the aircraft slows and the rudder loses its effectiveness.

both - in the training environment it helps when attempting perfection whilst practising the manœuvre - the same can be achieved without smoke using a ground feature such as a straight road.

Excellent job! If I can suggest one thing don't look at it as hard. everything is hard the first time. Just tell your self I can do that it changes ur mind set. Hope that makes sense

very cool! drove by the Apopka/Orlando airport a few weeks ago for the first time in YEARS. where's the runway? you used to be able to see it from 441!
