This worked surprisingly well for me, especially with my recent bouts of insomnia, and a difficulty going into and maintaining a state of trance. I especially like that it gives you the choice of sleeping or staying awake. Considering my lack of sleep when i listened to this, it was very helpful, and I could definitely notice that i was going into trance before i fell asleep. Great work on this one!

I think threatening to not trance me again if I didn't come out of trance was exactly the right move because I went so deep in this file that I needed the extra coaxing. Thank you for allowing me to be held by your voice as if a blanket. My blood circulation was so mad cool and good and I really felt so wonderful and boy did I like down so deep. SHHHHHHHHHHHHHH was really a good method too!

Yeah for real the "shhhh" gets me deeper down than the...I think it's called snipping? The sound he does with his fingers, i watched the thing where it makes you go deeper in trance to thad sound but the shhh still works better idk why😅

I was deeply hypnotized until you said hypnotic subjects may need a good coax to get out of trace. I wasn't scared but instead started giggling like I was crazy, then got a few second headache and I don't really know why I felt that... but it's probably because of flashbacks of boys doing stupid, yet hilarious things...

I feel like I fell asleep. Normally, when I forget things from trance, there's kind of an echo of it. I have a general idea of what happened. This time, though, it's just me going into trance and then a big comfy void, with a few little echo memories. I don't remember the count up at all, I was just suddenly awake, but still kinda sorta in trance. Just a light one, though. I kinda shocked awake when you apologized for something I couldn't remember at all, though.

Sometimes i just feel pain in my chest, i went to the doctor multiple times but he never found anything, so i couldn't do anything to stop it. I felt it for the first time during Trance, I was awake again pretty fast but i have the feeling it was not thad bad as normaly wich is....Interesting😅
