🍞INGREDIENTS
☘️¼ pumpkin (450g after peeling)
☘️Dough
Bakers flour 260g
Milk powder 15g
Instant yeast 4g
Caster sugar 35g
Salt 3g
Mashed pumpkin 85g
Water 50g
Egg 45g
Unsalted butter (softened) 25g
☘️Pumpkin filling
Mashed pumpkin 210g
Condensed milk 15g
Unsalted butter 20g
☘️Pepitas
☘️ ** Preheat the oven to 170C/340F
**Bake at 170C/340F for 20-22 mins
