What are the chances of you selling me a mystery box 📦 made up of some of the stuff you rreceived?! My daughter me have asked me what I want for my birthday and that would be it lol
As an Optometrist I can definitely say they do make bifocal contact lenses, however, at 31 years old you do not need them. That print was so small that even with bifocals it would be difficult to see! lol One trick I learned, take a picture of the label then zoom in and you can read it.
And I have to add, as a graphic designer, that those fonts are like, 2 pts at MOST and no one can read white on cream. No one. But, that's probably what the client wanted, and the clients always get what they want...
Definitely want to see more from the closet, I miss those. You can bring the wheel back to get through the closet. Ipsy from the past was much better than what they do now days.
I want more boxes from the past!! Dig those out of your closet!! Heck if you have any boxes from before you moved (don't act like you don't!) i would love to see them!!!!!
Dump ipsy for Eyescream beauty's bag. About the same cost, and I think you get a pallet every month. In June mine included a 10 pan pallet. So much pigment! All the primary and secondary, black, and 3 duo chrome shades. Plus 3 other full size items. And a card with prices!!! ❤❤❤
Completely unrelated to the video topic, if you really do struggle to find good toys for your heavy chewer, Bark Box has some good toys! My friends get them for their pups. Also after 2 years of working in a shelter and a pet store I’ve gathered that toys are designed based on the weight of your dog for strength of toy, so you could also try buying toys that are meant for heavier/bigger dogs. I do that with treats for my dog.
My dog used to have a yeast problem and quite literally would chew all the hair off her back and had black scabby skin. Tried all the medicated products from the vet and pet supply stores to no avail. Clorahexadine gluconate (sc johnson brand) surgical scrub was the only thing that helped her skin. I just continue to use it once a month and shes been fine for the past 3 years now.
Love this type video - neat to see how they are completely different than they used to be (validates my cancelling). I love the longer videos with the stuff from the closet - totally fun!!
I have KP also and I'll be 40 this month...it only got worse as I aged. TRULY Beauty has a product bundle system specifically for KP. I haven't used it yet but I will be. Reviews looked great for it. Just wanted to let you know. I know the KP struggle, kinda sucks.
I think I would be happy with the 3 year old bag at the $16 price. Pacifica is nice, and that's full size. The other products in that bag were pretty, too.
For Canadians Ipsy is now $25/bag. Literally $25CDN. For samples. I'm really considering cancelling and keeping Boxy only but it's so hard because I've been a subscriber since 2013. 😬 I know it's still not worth the price but my brain thinks FOMO.
That Barbarella pallette has been in Ipsy and Boxycharm at least once a year, sometimes more, for the last 6 years, that I remember anyway. I got it for the last time right before the Ipsy/Boxy merger a few months ago, and that was the 4th time I had received it! 😂
I would love to see more of the stuff from the closet to just show how much all the subscription services have changed over the years. I have been getting ipsy since I first started watching you and I am close to canceling because the quality is nothing like it was and now it is just a joke. My profile doesn't matter and I barely get anything at all.
Love these videos. Explore the closet. 😂Yes, I had that set from Pacifica as well. I think it might still be around in the blush/bronzer drawer. I loved it, too. Ipsy definitely used to be a better bag.
I feel so bad for Tater 😞 It seems like he suffers a lot with all his health problems. I hope he can feel better someday soon with all the vet care he gets.
Hey with it being july now, if you have any advent calendars left to unbox, you should do ‘christmas in july’ unboxings to get them done 😁 Its a thing some companies do to showcase their christmas stuff early, it would be good time to finish off some calendars 😄
Alexandria is officially the Ipsy time-capsule channel. I know in years to come some of these will still pop up. With brands that don't even exist anymore.

No joke, the anthropologist in me wants to do a dig of your sub boxes and closet, and go through to turn them all into data and analyse. Guess I may just use the Unhinged videos 😂
For Tater - Put a blanket in his bed so he can do the cutest Boston nesting thing (I see him trying). Get one of those lick mats and use non-fat no sugar added greek yogurt, freeze overnight and let him go at it. Helps with skin and digestion plus has the added bonus of getting that lick/chew energy out in a safe, non-stress inducing way. Finally get an antler, they sell them at pet supply shops in the like bone/rawhide section, They are indestructible even to my 70lb pitty. You can add some flavoring to it with soaking it in broth if he's not interested in chewing it as much but i promise it won't break apart. Much love to the Boston Terrier community!

I'm telling my daughter about it, she often has to resort to the cone n I know Polly Wig is uncomfortable in it n 😢she's exhausted resourses other than Polly got in the cabinet while my daughter wasn't home n got into the toilet cleaner with bleach 😮❗... She used Silverdale from vet n cleaned n bandaged non stop ✋❗... Her hair grew back but she itches n chews it off soon as we get her better❗... Thanks for tip ❤💯❗
Mine got worse 😭😭 From about 25-30 it just progressively spread all over my body. I’m 37 now and it is all over my body and it’s definitely not going anywhere.

Yay, you made it through all of this year's Ipsy bags - and unearthed one of the ancient closet bags :) I totally remember that bag too, I'm pretty sure that was the last bag I bought before I cancelled Ipsy! Keep up these unhinged unboxings so you can work through that closet! Also, loved the cameo from the mystery wheel haha
Your chaotic closet makes me feel better about myself 😂 It was so interesting seeing the difference in the old bags. It was really neat stuff. I love seeing the full pallets from brands I haven’t heard of or probably wouldn’t buy, but would get to try out with the subscription (wasn’t that their whole marketing pitch in the beginning haha). Compared to more recent bags they have more boring items.
I had Ipsy for a few years when it was still $10, and I got enough make-up to FILL the top drawer of my dresser. I've gone thru it three times to ship things to friends for their kids/themselves and I STILL have a drawer full of make-up and brushes. I haven't bought make-up in a store since then. THAT is how much make-up they used to send out. I quit when they hit $12, and switched to Allure. Which was a whole OTHER bag of skincare worms. (2/3 creams, etc. 1/3 make-up and ?) I haven't had any boxes in forever, and I miss the surprise of a present... but not the disappointment of the SKINCARE TUUUUUUUUUUUUBES
We have quite a bit of work to do in order to even get into that closet, don’t we :) lol we can do it! It’s completely achievable! Keep it up, girl! (And Tater, you already have enough issues, let’s not take our own skin off, bud 🐶🐶
I absolutely love these unhinged unboxings! It is saddening to see though that as they gained success and got bigger as a company ipsy has charged more and given less value to it's customers and that bag definitely proved that one. I'm definitely curious to see in the other older bags too and see just how much the value has gone down.

My KP hung around well into my 30’s. My dermatologist to me to eat butter because that it contains an element our skin needs but people stopped eating it. Worth a try.

Oh my gosh, I literally just got rid of what was left of that Pacifica bronzer & peach palette. I loved it & used almost all of it. I got rid of it when I recently went through my cases of makeup to downsize a little & it was like watching this video, a trip down memory lane😊 Thank you, Alexandria for all of your hard work! ❤
I work in a makeup lab. Most of those things that she is saying are no good, are still good to use. You know that little container pic on the package that's got the 12mo. 24mo.36mo?? That means that the make up is good for that long AFTER OPENING!!! Honestly some of the stuff that people buy has sat on warehouse shelves for years before its sent to a company and bought. Just because it's a couple years old, doesn't mean it's all no good. I'd be glad to buy the makeup that you don't use Alexandria. I'd like for it to not get wasted or thrown away just because you think it's too old
Girly-girl. I am watching this video on July 1, 2023. WHY do you have this subscription if you haven't opened that bag since December 22 and further? What good is this doing anyone?
