nice video but i am having problems with the selection of tagged reading order option. I have tried 5 versions of adobe and any of the versions have that option, can you tell me wich version are you using or how can i make it appear?
Why we chose the screen in the send hotkey after the attach window in the TaggedReadingOrder sequence. Wouldn't it be okay if we did ctrl shift 5 directly. Cause I've already made my choice with the attach window
Hello, You know this is not the only way to extract the PDF data. And I believe you know the most of the viewers are not aware of Regex. Most of viewers can not write regular expression to extract the specific data as per requirement. So for beginners this video will be helpful for extracting data using anchor base and get text. I have received lots of emails and comment to make a tutorial for regex. Once I will start regex tutorial, I will do this example using regex as well.
Which version of adobe acrobat reader did you use for reading the PDF? I'm using adobe acrobat DC reader in which I'm not able to find Tagged recording order in the accessibility options

Hi Maneesh, can you please help me in extracting table which is in multiple pages. I have a invoice pdf with multiple pages the number of pages will vary, in first page some address details are there then the table will start, the table does not have outer lines but rows are splited with lines not columns. I can't share the pdf. Columns are NO DESCRIPTION XX UOM QTY UNIT PRICE TOTAL TAXBLE VALES. important point is data in Description column is in multiple lines this causing a problem for me when i used screen scraping.
HI , I had used all the shown hotkeys and 1st-time "Change reading options of the current document" is displayed and the start button was clicked. Issue: Observed the popup is again coming and human intervention is needed in middle, i had tried so many hotkeys but nothing worked, Could you please help.

Use acrobat reader pro dc and change your invoice text into tagged then save it then open in acrobat read its visible for more detail check tagged reading videos

i got an issue, i have some pdf with same fields but different data like dates, names... the program recognise the first pdf that i work with but no the others because have different data. but you have the same work with different data and everything goes well. uipath throw me this error "Anchor Base: Value does not fall within the expected range." can you help me, please? thank you!!!!!! i think because my pdfs get the data with different position like has spaces in between.. but it should reference the main label :( isn´t it?

Hi Abhishek, you can use regular expression and string manipulation to extract data from unstructured PDF. Extract all the PDF data in text and apply regex.
