Extracting Sensor Data From Videos In matlab (Analyzing A CodysLab Video) 

I use some basic image processing tools to extract 7-segment display data from temperature sensors in a video feed in matlab. The video used was from CodysLab: Beeswax Vs Paraffin ( • Beeswax Vs Paraffin ) - please go check it out! We find some substantial differences between the paraffin wax and the beeswax by using our techniques, showing how this type of analysis is useful.
