It's a great thing to be flexible while on holiday.Mother Nature doesn't take our Bucket list into consideration when 'doing her thing'. Happily the world is beautiful enough to find fabulous alternatives. Great to see the companies concerned are as well willing to be flexible and accommodating as far as cancellations are concerned. The helicopter company could easily have invoked the 24 hour cancellation policy. We felt really fortunate that they recognized the ill will that would have generated. I guess this means we need to go back to Kauai!

We were so disappointed to not be able to get aerial views, but there was probably some inner relief that we didn’t have to make excuses for not hiking it. We’re wimps!
We had the camera on a gimbal, and still had to correct stabilization in post. It was a rough day. But that coast line is pretty spectacular. And you throw in a rainbow or two and it feels awfully special.
