Fun fact: deema remember the episode in true beauty where ju kyung went on a blind date with the guy at the movies and suho was there the couple that he thought was ju kyung and the guy was actually dan-oh and if you payed attention to what she said she said "oh no wrong comic" I loved that scene😂

so basically: this is the world of comics, there’s book about this life but the main character is namju and juda, so she’s just an extra, and she get controlled over so is everyone but everyone not aware of themselves, so who aware of themselves will remember all things that ppl who not aware o.t.s remembered, and her mission is to try to change her lives bc she don’t want to get controlled over, and she meet haru an even extra, danoh is extra but haru is even MORE extra, so haru can move around and not get controlled so her and haru tryingg to change the scene so its not predictable(?) i’m not great in english so if you have questions just ask i’ll asnwer 😭😭😭😭
Eun Dan Oh is a girl with a heart disease. When she closes her eyes she teleports into the future could be next hour, next day, next 10 mins. She thinks she has a problem because she is teleporting so she tries to find out what’s wrong with her. Later she finds out she is in a comic book and thinks she is the main character so tries to find her true love but later on she finds out she is a extra character not the main character. Then she also finds out that she is controlled by the writer. She tries to not be controlled. And whenever she teleports that means a page has been filled to next page. this took gENIUNELY 12 hours from start to finish if I don't *feel* you leaving a like i'm going to *evaporate* ALSO SIDE NOTE: i was confused for the majority of episode 1 and half of episode 2 so that's why my expressions aren't as up-beat as usual :")) I was just trying to understand the storyline!

Danoh and baek kyung had a cameo in tues beauty during the movie theatre scene early on!! They played THEYRE extraordinary you characters. On episode 15 the guy she had mistaken for suho was also playing his extraordinary you character, remember when he said “my girlfriend likes strawberries”?? He was referring to juda lol :) the baseball guy, chorong, the mean girl who bullied jugyeong after the school found out abt her, and the guy with the long hair she crushed on in the beginning are also all in this but play different characters :) ALSO I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT THOUGHT HER FRIEND HAS HYUNA VIBES HAHA When u said juda was “lowkey a kpop idol” I couldn’t tell if you were joking or not since she’s from the group April 💀

Extraordinary you is really a serie that breaks all the stereotypes in most Kdrama and we will see that along the way together 😍 starting off with the fact story doesn't always focus on only the main leaders...
I know that struggle i literally ghosted this drama for months after watching the first ep half way, my brain wasnt interested in whatever happened in this series at that moment but then one day i felt bored and try to finish ep 1 and ep 2, from that moment i could already adjust myself with this type of drama, and eventually loved it!
this drama is literally the definition of 'don't judge a book by its cover' but in this case, don't judge the drama by the first 2 episodes :") my brain couldn't handle it the first time i tried watching it a few years ago too
I knew this drama from my daughter a year ago, but i haven't watch it until a month ago, and got hooked and cannot moved on until today....I never thought that teen drama would be this good. The whole casts chemistry are undeniable, the story line is unpredictable and the visuals are unforgettable. Danharu literally makes me single in every episode while actually i am not available at all, huhuhu...

danoh and lee dohwa are my favourite characters omg they are so dramatic. i fell in love with danoh's actress kim hyeyoon after seeing the duality she had in this drama to sky castle where she was one of the most hated characters

I think in the scene with him in the flower garden that he was trying to get the umbrella because it wasn’t supposed to be there. So he was cleaning the stage.

Same here. I watched all episodes before viewing your reactions. I will watch the series, again, with you. The "glitches" in time were confusing to me, too. Also, unfortunately my senior brain couldn't switch that fast. I was captivated, though, from the start. The story line is similar to my personal philosophy about be my existence, in that I'm a self aware extra character: not in a stage production, but a total immersion movie called "The Human Experience" and that what I call TCE (True Creative Essence), controls everything.
When I first watched this drama I fell in love with it instantly, and now it is my favorite kdrama of all time 😌 I’m so excited to watch this again with you Deema! 💞✨

Honestly I love this drama so much It's my most favorite kdrama of all time I liked the entire main cast Danoh is one of the best female leads ever I lovedboth haru and kyung so I had a semi second lead syndrome And then dohwa is just a wholesome baby
Dan-Oh's personality is the Best!! I wouldn't really say that the main couple is in a real love triangle 😉 And if you notice their cameo in true beauty is a manga scene then the flip page sound and dan oh is back to herself😁
