This is everything I want. Beautiful home, not too overdone, simple, modern, tasteful. Outstanding gardens, privacy, plenty of room for the dogs and visitors. As soon as I win the lottery, I'm buying it and moving from the UK to Texas!

Not an Old home as some have thought! Built 2003 on over 40 acres but Broker said 60 acres - nearly 15K sq. ft. & they were asking $11.5M near Tomball but in south western area > mixed commercial & dense residential. Off Market now (5/2019)

Exactly my thought! The design (open plan living to the garage, lack/simple details outside, opulent inside) and proportion (high ceiling with almost cube dimensions, non human scale especially for residential), they even planted date tree around the pool
