4:21if that's the sharpest turning radius you're going to be backing up a lot. 6:12 gets stuck on a log, it looks like the tires need more tread. 7:20 It looks likes its going to tip, it must have a high CG. Can't see any advantage over the Sherp.

Man, great review, really like the style and editing in the video. This is some serious off-road capable machine, and really like that these kinds of vehicles are getting more popular these last years.

The Sherp is the true off road king. Because of the type of tires and the tank like skid steer.

Too heavy I think, the Sherp is less weighty. The tires on the Sherp are also more "all-Terrain" than those on the Shatun. The Sherp has less moving parts wich is better for maintenance and reliability

Awesome, just what I need here where we get a lot of floods. Looked slightly unstable in the forest over those bumps though, a lot of body roll...

What do you really gain from articulation on such a short vehicle? If it was long like a bus, then I could understand the benefit of articulated joint. But since it's rather short in length, I don't see any benefit or advantage.

Very interesting machine. I'd argue that there is still too much air in those tires. Let them conform more to the terrain if you actually want true traction and to overcome the vehicles lack of articulation. It wouldn't have gotten hung up on those logs for one thing. Another is for the driver to relax on the throttle and let low rpm torque overcome it. Peoples dumbest mistakes off road, come from their own underconfidence and/or impatience.

Wether they like it or not this will be compared to and called a copy of a Sherp, although I’d like to see how it handles deep snow on a slope as that was a bit of an achilles heel for the Sherp. Nice a tv though 👍

This may be better than a Sherp. Has both articulating steering and skid steering. Sherp will be a 2 wheel drive (one side) every time you steer. That's why it's weak going up hill on snow. You can't steer, if you do, you loose traction.

I can honestly say, this shatun is better than sherp.

For that much money I would want an extendable on the fly frame, spare tire ( think about THAT), and kitchenette!

Seems like a good thing off-road machine.....it's biggest problem though is the Sherp exists which this copied and the sherp can do everything this can but adds zero point steering capability, lighter and cheaper I would take a Sherp

No. if I had friends along I'd like them to be with me, not in a pod. That design cuts in to the passenger and load space way too much, and the Sherp would not get hung up on that log. That's why I'd never have a ute, not unless I was working it constantly. If I wanted a two seater vehicle I'd buy a sports car. Would I have one? Sure, but not whilst there are Sherp's and other fantastic vehicles with huge cargo/people spaces about. Still it's all elementary, and choices. Where's the moola lol.
