OUCH!!!! Are you ready for upper body gains? BEFORE you start, please click the THUMBS UP button to let me know you like it :) Thanks, and have an awesome workout!...
Alex, after a couple of other RU-vid fitness coaches I'm so glad I finally found you. Been doing your weighted push pull legs and abs workouts for about 4 months now and my gains have been the most legit I've ever made. Big thanks my man, you are the best for making these videos and sharing them for free
I don't usually comment on workout videos, but this one was really well put and a challenge as well! Although it was hard I really enjoyed it and definitely a thumbs up from me 😄
That’s fair enough Marco. They won’t all be music only. But when I’m on location somewhere, or there is a lot of noise then this is my only option. ☺️👊
Being on your knees doesn’t mean you ‘can’t do it’ - they’re still push-ups ☺️💪 and going from full push-up to knees down push-up is a very effective way to create a drop set, muscular failure and therefore muscle & strength growth.
Loved the workout man! Been following along your home workouts and this one was the hardest so far, feels so good post :) I don't usually enjoy the person talking during the workout, but yours have been one of the few I enjoy and found useful. Missed it in this!
Hey Alex! Great workout man! Really tough and had to push myself! I was wondering if you could give me some advice though. I’ve got scoliosis and one shoulder sits lower than the other. I’ve been working out at least 5 days a week for about 8 years now but my push-ups are still trash. I feel like my left pectoral isn’t engaging fully to help my right push up. Do you have any suggestions on how I can compensate and improve my push up game?
Won’t lie I am doing body weighted legs and shoulders today so I kind of only done excercises that targeted shoulders from this video 😂 still great tho I managed to do dips with the handles from my bench rack too
Great workout, warming to parents, the music is a bit crude, so you might want to mute if little ears are nearby, he’s great at gesturing the next move so you can still follow along easily :)
First time following your channel and this video was the first one to workout from. I’ll admit it was nearly tough and I was struggling a bit but I made til the end. Nonetheless it was a challenge but a good one for me. Thank you.
I really enjoyed the training but I really prefer the "active" kind of videos, where you engage and provide guidance, instead this kind of "passive" ones. Even if I see such videos are quite popular on YT.
Had to take 40 - 50 seconds rest , but done. I did almost all on harder variation (more than half of diamond push ups and hindu push ups done on harder) other than that all on harder❤❤
Today was my first time with this workout so I had to stop doing the exercises while Alex kept going a few times but I made it to the end, I can feel how this is gonna take my upper body to the next level.
Ahhh, Alex I did one of your upper body workout yesterday, so I will have to do this one on Sunday then. I know I'm gonna hate myself while doing this, but those post workout endorphins are worth it haha!!
super hard, really good pace and very well produced. I also appreciate how you show variations along the way -- because I need them! Great workout Alex!
