Tom does an unbelievable job in his entries. He has so little splash and cuts through the water like a knife. I have to give props to these guys for having the guts to do the 5M board. Very good sports indeed.
He didnt jump until latèr on. But when he jump he got the thing he always caried on his hand *i forget the name* but that thing can dry his body and hair fast

I just finished eating a burger at 5am because I woke up hungry. I've come to accept I will not be having a 6 pack because I love food and because I'm here for a good time not a long time.
I mean, you don't need to have a 6pack if you just are healthy and not too overweight. If you have no need to be fit, (for work, etc) just go for it! Remember to exercise a few times a week, even if it's just walking to work. Not everyone needs to be a fitness god because if you're not passionate about it, having a strict diet and spending a lot of time at the gym really sucks, at least from what I can say from experience. Bottom line: be happy and don't live too unhealthy!
It’s easy to get a six pack. Take my workout! 16 Laps in the pool (25) yards 5k run And cycle to your favorite restaurant (preferably 10 miles round trip) Don’t fuck around with gyms!!! You feel exhausted for days after Also get 10 hours of sleep every night. Do 15 push-ups and 30 sit-ups before and after bed too!
i am ex-diver..back in the 60s. Buck boards...It excites me to watch these kids dive with such precise and future gut renching dives. Love Daily..adorable.
I don't think those things actually soften the blow, but are rather a small current to make the surface of the pool more visible (it can be very hard to determine where the surface is when the water is perfectly clear and calm)... To make the landing softer you need bubbles of air pockets to break your fall.
Actually the only reason we use them is to see the water when you are doing some crazy dive like a flip with a one and a half twist. It doesn't really help with smacking, besides you don't really smack too badly that often if you are physically ready and know what you're doing for a dive. I am a high school diver.
I live close to a 10 meter jump and I've done it many times but the first ever time was the scariest thing I've ever done. Now that I'm used to it it's not even scary but the first time is always the worst
There is a very simple solution for that, if you are underwater blow your Breath out with your mouth and nose closed. Don’t do it to hard tho, you can damage your ears. (Sorry for my bad english)
It's the pressure, when you go to the bottom of a pool you should squeeze your nose, vlose your mouth and kinda like breath out, it creates a pressure from inside your body so that the water does'nt press everything in
