Welcome to the72v 5000w club. Once here you can never go back. My old z1 feels like I'm riding a kids bike. I changed my rx over to this same configuration over a year ago. Best move I ever made. S73 should just make another model similar to the rx and put a 72v 5000w in it and just call it a moped. The e-motorcycle doesn't seem like the best move right now. But, hey with this setup why buy a e-motorcycle.
That is a "BAD ASS SUPER 73!!!" Those particular specs of that ebike would be the only reason why I'd even consider getting a Super 73... I'm definitely all about that speed...🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾🔥🔥🔥
Sick build and super clean 🔥🔥🔥 Torque is what I love as well, so as long as I can keep up with the group, I'm good. Full suspension is pretty much mandatory at those speeds, so the RX is a good choice.
This bike looks great but how can you upgrade the motor from 48V to 72V. or you just upgrade battery from 48V20AH to 72V 36Ah and the motor is still same as before (it was 48V).That is to say the Motor remains 48V but the battery is 72V.. this is why the bike can go so fast because it is over-voltage driving
I put a whole new motor 5000w and a new battery 72v along with controller on it. I was thinking of trying it out on the FreeGo sometime down the line. Thanks again for sending it my way! I have been loving it! 🍻🍻

bro you already know I got you when you come out next! This thing is dangerous haha. still working on the turn signals and taillight and a couple other little things. Prolly want to change up the tires too at some point.
It all about the acceleration!...Most people who ride motorbikes or e bike are looking for that thrill of acceleration. That battery pack doesn't look very weatherproof? Do I stop at stop signs?....Mate, I am the guy who takes the supermarket trolly back to the trolly bay! You decide!

I wish you would have watched the whole video, i talked about the brake upgrade (4 piston) as well as upgraded the rotors. Now this baby stops on a dime!
Very true! The brakes were one of my "spare no expense" items I knew I needed. Especially when riding in traffic if you cant stop fast the you could be dead. I definitely agree with you that when upgrading the speed U gotta upgrade the stopping power.
I was able to buy the frame and forks separately. If I would have had to purchase the entire bike new total cost with upgrades would have been close to 6.5k. If you can find a frame separately then cuts cost down by about half. 🍻
I haven't done a legit range test but at this point I definitely see better range under 40mph. when im going at more higher speeds the battery seems to drain more, that said stay tuned, range test coming for sure. 🍻
Amazing bike Chris what more bike would you need? I would like my S2 kicked up a notch, I wouldn't need much 10-12 mph more and torque all the way through. I know what you mean with the hills I live in a very hilly town and having your bike dog it on a hill is depressing it instantly drains that cruising feeling. It's like having a car with no ass and you just strain up hills it sucks. Be careful out there on these things man, these frames aren't metal tubes they're very brittle aluminum and when you're hauling ass on that thing you're pushing that frame pretty hard. Great looking ride .

Bike would normally cost almost 4k plus the “upgrade kit” is another 1.5k then new brakes and new seat and a few other improvements brings total cost to about 6.5k. However if you are able to find someone that’s selling the frame/forks and front rim separately it could bring that cost down by almost half. 🍻
50mph is easily fast enough, I'd prefer mad Acceleration with a 30 /35mph top speed, it takes some stopping at 30mph, unless you got that regen goodness, that seat is the best EVER 🤟🇬🇧❤🇺🇸👍

Hey George, so I would say best thing is to see if you can find just the R or RX frame for sale second hand and then just get the kit from customebike.com. It wasn't easy to source the frame alone but it did save me quite a bit from buying the entire bike and then not using some of the parts. hope that helps a little. I wish I could source the frames alone because then I would be able to build the bike and sell it like this. 🍻
