I will stick with the trout snook and reds and anything inshore these days bc it's too much like work with those damn Cubera's! Hey man I am gonna try and get down to Islamorada at the end of Sept or maybe Oct for a cpl of days inshore/backcountry. Just got back from 10 days in Sanibel/Captiva fishing and trying to get another hall pass. I will hit you up when I get closer to having a date but would love to go out a cpl of days with ya. From what I see we are a lot alike😎👍👍🇺🇸

An issue for who? Freeboard height is perfect for what I do..

We catch Cubera snappers year around. I catch plenty in the backcountry and around town at the local bridges on my charters. Once a year though (July - September) there is a rare spawning site in the Florida keys where the giants show up in force. The best times to catch a really big one is right now. The bite can be off the charts during these months.
