The Laundry room is great!! When my children were small, I used folding laundry as my prayer time. I would pray for each person as I folded their laundry.

This might be my favorite of all your makeovers! Great idea to extend the fill in shelves to create a corner rather than just a hidden straight shelf. That worktop will really improve the functionality of the laundry

Karrie, I have literally thought about this video all day today after I watched last night. You are incredibly talented and inspire me to branch out and try new things. That space turned out beautifully! The colors you chose go perfectly together and I absolutely love that cabinet color. You are a rock star girl, you should be proud of yourself for the things you can accomplish. Women doubt themselves way too often and you are an amazing reminder to many that we can accomplish anything we put our mind to. I use the Armenhammer laundry detergent in the liquid and I love it, smells so good. Ive never tried the powder before. Just curious, what do you use baking soda for? Again, great job with this and thanks for sharing another perfectly done project with us 🙂

I love this so much - you are so talented! Here is an idea for a project for you.... a cabled padio type roof to join your laundry room and outdoor area do your back sliding glass doors - that way you have shade/cover from the elements when you are walking out to the laundry etc.... xxx

It turned out so great!! I would recommend a foam roller when painting the cabinets. Specifically when using a darker color too. That can help with how the finish comes out. Great job as always!!

The laundry room looks so good! I think adding a second shelf above the washer/dryer would bring your eye up. Also a mirror on the back wall would bounce all of that great light. You did a fantastic job!

Oh that lizard!!😂😂 I got up one morning last year and started turning the corner to the kitchen. There was this lizard with his head popped up right in front of the refrigerator and I screamed!! It never moved. So I go back into Timothy’s hunting closet, got the BB gun, and came back to the kitchen and I just shot it. No aim at all. It never moved. So I set my sights on it, aimed, and and got it. It literally did a back flip dead. I was so proud that I left it on the floor to show Timothy when he got home. He laughed and asked why didn’t I throw it outside. I was afraid it would come back alive😂😂🤩🤩. Your remodel on the laundry room is so beautiful!!! I love it!!

Also if you ever need to move furniture over new floors especially lino, we always put washing up liquid, I think you call it dish soap onto the feet/bottom of the piece and it slides across without tearing it :) x

I want to be so kind Karrie and let you know in case you didn't that i really enjoyed your makeover of you laundry room but darlin if you put the "Holy" in front of anything like for example crap or any word other that is a bad word very serious thing. It's like blasphemous of the Holy Spirit. So please don't say it...there are so many people these days saying the world Holy in front of curse words and it's so so very bad and an abomination to the Lord. I don't know if you Love Jesus or not but It seems like you do so I just wanted you to know that and I don't want to make you mad or offend you sweety. Thoughts for next project. U can have your primer Tinted The same color as. Your Paint. As long as its a kind that is tintable makes it easier to cover whatever your painting

U can pop off the middle faux drawer facing & add a nice big drawer there in the middle. Or make it a hidden pull out desktop for when u do editing, could even throw a towel/ padding down for ironing. Do u iron? Seems like our urine r used more for at projects vs removing wrinkles

You could have bought a can of spray paint for the dryer it would give a better finish and will last a lot longer, it would mean you would have to sand it properly first, 3 light coats with a sand in between each coat

You can remove the dryer door flip it upside down and screw it to the other side somit opens whete you can more eadily switch it over

Love what you did. If you ever want a super simple and free option to cover your hot water heater you can use old or new fence panels. I found some in my neighborhood after a storm. I brought about 10 panels home and made a ton of things with them.

Great Job! If the rust comes back on your washing machine paint it with rust oleum rust primer and the go back over it with the white paint.

Can you do a budget break down. What you spent on materials, What you spent on decor. Also list what you had on hand.

This is the same comment I left for another subscriber! I hope this helps 😁 I'll add everything up but I did have alot on hand from previous projects that's how they get more affordable too so always keep that I mind 💓 The large cabinet was $189 Counter top was $18.89 a peice The 1x2 for edge were $5 a peice flooring $59 ( at ollies 12×9 roll) Paint for cabinets $30 I had two cans on hand for walls and ceiling but that would be around $60 Paint supply $6 2 1x6 boards $7 a peice for the shelf Stain $6 Trim I got for free I have a ton of it on hand . Glass jars were about $27 for all Light $28 So your looking at about a $450 -500 project . But keep in mind you may not have to buy the base cabinet if you have those already that would cut about $200 off the total I think every space is unique so id keep that in mind when it comes to cost too. I hope this helps.
