This is the second video I went to and the people don't list amount of ingredients. The video started with frozen thawed out okra, but don't know the amount. I am about to go to one or two more channels to see if the person give the amount and each ingredient. I definitely want to give Gifty a suggestion, please start from the beginning of the amount of what you are using and how much. Thank you.
