What a gorgeous video! Great painting too. The little palette thing is great. Is is pat of the set-up or something you added?

Hey Wanda, thanks! That is currently my favorite plein air tool, it is called the "Pochadepalette". It folds down and can be held/used as a traditional palette or you can stick a small panel to it with magnets and paint with it while holding it, if that makes sense. If you search through my videos I did a review of it. It isn't the cheapest thing because it's handmade by artist Michael Klein, but I would highly recommend it. pochadepalette.com

Did you tuck yourself behind the rock and paint from memory or were you still able to see the view? Thankfully we didn't see the plein air struck by lightening headline! great job as always.

Thanks, no kidding! I was still able to see a portion of it from behind the rock; amazed I was able to do anything, constantly worried about my camera/gear blowing off the edge!
