trick shots arent a good way to see if ur good at volleyball, even the pros missed sometimes. I an actual game these guys would be lost lol cuz of the amount of strategizing and quick thinking on your feet needed as well as good judgment, timing, reading the other team, etc would be really hard on them or anyone who hasnt been trained properly. i picked up how to bump volley and spike really easily but i could barely do it in an actual game where the ball is moving so fast and i had to be aware of where my team was as well as the opponents. we didnt even strategize we just wanted the recieve and get the ball over. so dont worry, volleyball basics may look easy but even doing it with good form and technique is hard let alone performing it properly during a game. i recently had to relearn how to volley cuz i had been doing it wrong for years and my form was wrong too. in their first volleyball video there was a guy who volleyed with 3 fingers in one of his hands, and sometimes it worked but sometimes it didnt, if he learned to volley properly it would work each time.

They really playing on a women’s net witch is shorter than men’s so that why it looks like they are so much better

I know you might not believe me but I’ve been on a volleyball court since I was two (my Grandpa was a coach and he would babysit me during practices and he would let me shag a ball or try to pass with another girl) and to see that boys can do things that are amazing and they haven’t been playing long makes me pissed, it took me awhile to actually get in as an all around player but then of course we move away from my Grandpa and they have me as a front row (because I grew quicker than everyone else) now I’m being trained as a libero because my other coaches were stupid and put me as a front row, but if I were able to pick it up that quickly I could be an all around player again and could jump high enough to be a hitter and be good on defense (I’m sorry I had to get that out) Ps. I’m so short

I 100% agree, adding soccer and other sports and just bumping the ball over the net isn't a trick. Some of the things their doing is basic volleyball skills I use in my high school team in practice. These guys probably just call them trick shots bc they don't play volleyball regularly, while the professionals just 'look bad' on some of the tricks bc it ain't real volleyball. Haters that hate on me can go watch real volleyball and be enlightened.
