@@thouartseraph there was supposed to be a humanity system in the game but it was cut. if you had too much cybernetics and used them a lot, you'd turn into a cyberpsycho just like the table top version

Considering Mike Pondsmith is the creator of the cyberpunk world, I'd hope his direct quote from an interview changes your weird information. @@notleviathan855 I've seen his post. He says it "might" be due to the chip. In the table top having friends and family will help you keep your humanity as well. I'm saying that wasn't the plan for the game. You can look up interviews about a humanity mechanic

@@outrider425 problem with the monowires: only general melee skills apply^^ with mantis blades: general melee skills apply AND blade skills^^ so, fully leveled the mantis blades deal a bit more dmg^^ and they look far cooler :P tho if you want the biggest dmg you just go netrunner^^

My current build is knife, monowire and quickhacks lol. Little bit of silenced pistol here and there when necessary. Something fun about overloading a fool and throwing a knife in their face

use the "Pull!" perk in Cool i think

There's a Cool skill in the game that makes hitting grenades even easier while the focus effect is active, which you get by aiming down the sites of any of the weapons effected by Cool skills.

i mean this is the pre 2.0 version of cyberpunk when everything was overpowered

You forgot to put in, it takes about 5% of your health every shot, so you can’t spam it too hard depending on the build

@@Brogurto Since the new 2.0 update, yes. This gun was one of several iconic weapons that got nerfed pretty hard. Instead of firing two bullets per shot, it now automatically double-taps--firing two shots with each button press. And each shot drains a small percentage of health, making it very painful to use in low-health regen characters. It's still arguably one of the best stealth pistols, probably third behind Her Majesty (Phantom Liberty only) which is tailor-designed for stealth, and Pride, which you can only obtained during the Sun ending.

@@JohnSmith-vk9ds best 2.0 stealth pistol is the Mancinella, no silencer but it's silent somehow and it feels like the OP pistol build all over again

it really captures the TTRPG cyberpunk ethos of "style is everything". Most of the gigs are a playground like this.

It looks harder than it actually is throw nade aim and shoot works 90% for low-mid distances with most weapons snipers only work long distance and you just have to look down without aiming or moving otherwise then shoot on timing If you try it for like half and hour youll get the hang of it

It’s kinda funny, since grenades actually have a quite large hitbox. Most of the time you can hit them even without scoping.

I made a grenade shooting build with Johnnys malorian. Run into people's face, throw grenade and immediately shoot, always a hit, big boom in faces.

My netrunner build is pretty much unstoppable, just clearing every encounter with contagion and spreading the suicide and cyberpsycho quickhacks everywhere before i even enter the building

just picked up the game again, drop the build cause I need to do shit like this

@@Yellowcrocss if it's the Stealth, blade build your going for here's mine: -Qiant mk4 Sandevistan, 1 overclocked processor, 2 heat sinks -Nanorelays to extend usage time on the Sandevistan -Optical Camo to go invisible for 15 seconds (either crouch or get Lynx cyberware to avoid making noise) -Suberdermal armor for if cover gets blown -Either Monowire or Gorilla fists if you wanna go melee instead of knives and/or swords -Bioconductor to reduce cyberware cooldown time -Double jump or Lynx (Lynx makes you have silent footsteps) -Synth lungs to increase stamina That's all I can remember for now as I'm away from my console As for stats I'm on 15 Body and 16 Cool, 10 intelligence and about 14 technical ability, I got the knife throwing ability too since it's a mostly silent kill I couldn't tell you how many gigs and fights that I've heard people have trouble on were a breeze thanks to this build 😅 It was also thanks to this build I found out you can do Stealth takedowns on Cyberpsychos and completely skip the fight 🤣

If you are going stealth blade I'd argue going with a zetatech berserk the one you get in kabuki market that with a mod called beast mod your dealing like 125% more melee damage while it's active double the cool down mods and have a high body to get the bio conductor the cool down for it is like 9 seconds you can spam that and take out everything with a single throwing knife

​@@shutupkittyxDI think you haven't played in a long long time. They removed a lot of gear mod slots. They also changed throwing knives over to being consider "blades". Melee no longer works.

I found out accidentally myself, threw a sticky grenade on top of a stall. Started shooting at them before the timer

Tbf deactivating them with the cyberdeck is still infinitely better because nearby enemies aren't alerted

But if you don't have a cyberdeck...

What are you talking about?! Dude straight thru a sticky nade or c4 and it blew as he went up the stairs, which then triggered the dude at the top of the stairs, but strangely not the guy in the room. Why he waited for the camera to alert, idk.....but that nade shot was indeed sick AF.

​@@danmcmurphy2823It could literally be any difficulty. Before the 2.0 skill changes Literally everything was completely overpowered, especially pistols and precision rifles. Difficulty only really mattered for enemy damage.
