Extremely Sharp Dent Repair On A Mazda Fender

This was a sharp dent on a fender of a Mazda. Using PDR techniques I was able to fully repair the damage like it never happened. PDR technique is great for saving factory finish and paint.

Great work Zan. Your technique in alternating between the side and the tip of that rod is magnificent. But why you didn't use a heat source? I know you are very good and confident in your pushes, but don't you think it's risky?

Thanks Bilal. Much appreciated 👍It was not risky at all since it was not so bad that it needed heat. If it was even sharper I would use heat

Great repair. Which interchangeable tip rod did you use?

Thanks. I used the dentcraft rod. The ones that are smaller diameter.

Thanks. Well I do but rarely on the fender. That bottom part if glue pulled can easily blow out a fender.

@@alexandrmelichar Yes, side roof, i think it is called rail. They are not accessible underneath because of reinforcement.

Hei. It’s so hard since the metal there is thicker and more tight…I mean the dent must be a beast, but it did happened once or twice but on the quarter part not the rail part
