Making any sales the last 4-5 days of March is an accomplishment in itself! March was a strong month for me until the 29th - and then literally 0 sales for four days in a row. Fingers crossed for a better April :)

I started March 17 and had my first sale Apr 4! I thought my products were more start of year items so I'm really happy to have 5 or 6 sales already! I have a teacher at my school who makes $1700/month and she looked at my store and said I'm doing everything right so time will tell!

That's great! This is definitely a marathon, not a sprint. I wish I had started my store this time of year because I would have been much more prepared for the beginning of the school year last year. So, you're ahead of the curve.

I just started in January (Scholastic Champions). I 'm anticipating a real slow down as the school year winds down. Should I still be busting my butt with advertising my goodies on social media? Planning on using the spring and summer to really stock my store.

I personally haven't gone through the end of a school year yet as this is my first year. My plan also is to use the summer to get set for the fall. August and September are the top months for most sellers, so you'll want to have everything set up by then. As far as advertising, I've seen those that say they still do at least $1 or so during the slow times just to keep their products out there. Others say they always do 10% of the income from the month before. I'm not doing a ton of advertising other than my daily history videos on RU-vid. I am posting those on Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook.

I see in the description box you have "Today in History" products. I haven't taken a look at those yet, but how do you deal with using photos? Giving credit. And do you include videos? I read in TPT's fine print section that RU-vid videos ineffective into Google Slides is not allowed. As a music teacher, RU-vid is a huge tool!

I rarely include any RU-vid links in my slideshows. I have links to my personal RU-vid videos in the Teacher Instructions that can be used, but they are not in the actual slides.

200% conversion rate means the same buyer gets two products and no one else viewed your store that day!
